Hillsong Church 02-2014 - Ora
To be in the team for the Hillsong Church is a voluntary work and there are different teams that you can participate in. I am part of the team "Connect / New People" where my tasks consists of making myself available to all new members but also old ones; I help everyone to feel included, heard and seen in the church. I am social and make new contacts between members who I think have something in common and, in this way, I help develop their friendship circle and contacts. Everyone should be able to feel "at home" and important part of the church and it is my job to create this feeling in every person that decides to show up at church.
