Business Partners Portfolio - Accounting Analyst
11-2017 - 03-2019 •Financial Analysis: financial support to business areas to facilitate decision making and future business strategies, working in a deadline driven environment, analyzing account reconciliation, reporting financial data and translating it to internal control standards, updating cash flow reports, refunds & monthly write-offs and GL.
•Accounts management: lead BP/customer accounts, handle on customizing IBM to meet customer’s requests (via phone and email), negotiating past due charges for open debts to arrange satisfactory repayment schedules, experience working with IERP and ESI systems.
•Collections and Cash Administration: corporate finance transactions and documentation in accordance to IFRS, processing accounting adjustments, and provide daily updates to finance and sales management on the close progress and other daily / weekly reports throughout the quarter as required.
•CRM: working with internal departments: Customer Service, Sales, Treasury, Cash Administration, Engineering, Operations and Marketing to combine them into one entity, tracking of customer transactions and customer conversations to analyze customer metrics on key performance indicators (KPIs).
•Project Management: outlining tasks, managing timelines; identifying and mitigating risks; coordinating efforts and negotiating with multiple parties.
•Contract management: analyzing contract renewal forecasts (ie contracts of the telecommunications industry, financial contracts, among others) that require a specific accounting treatment.
