*Meeting with business, sales managers and retail managers to discuss sales strategies.
*Working with architectural features of stores to maximise the available space.
*Creating visual merchandising packs to communicate visual guidelines including layout principles, visual dressings and signage.
*Visiting branches and Holding conference to coach regional merchandising, in-store visual merchandising or sales teams to interpret the guidelines and to work commercially , as well as training them in the execution of the visual concept.
*Carrying out 'comp shops' to maintain awareness of other retailers' visual merchandising concepts and strategies.
*Styling company Lookbook.
*Adapting guidelines into other markets needs.
