I have got my master degree in Economics and finance on March 2017 with a master thesis on the impact of Venture Capitalists in the firm's performances during an IPO. I started to work as Junior Controller as soon as i took my degree with an internship in Ipsos srl (Market Research). These first 6 months provided me the mindset to be productive in a high- pressure setting, to be organized and determined. These skills are helping me also with my current job, Internship as Junior Retail Controller in Valentino Spa (Fashion&Luxury), where organization and determination are very important.
