Answer guests' questions about hotel amenities, restaurants, and attractions.
Accommodate guest by scheduling transportation needs & provided information on places of
interest.
Provide excellent services to guest such as assistance with packages and luggage. Monitor activities
at entrances and lobbies.
Report suspicious or criminal activity to law enforcement and hotel management or front-desk
supervisor.
