WORK EXPERIENCE
06-2016 - 06-2016 General duties included working in different departments.
Working in the accounts department I assisted with their contractor payroll and inputting data from candidate timesheets in order that the workers got paid and the clients got invoiced. The payroll consisted of over 600 payments totalling c£1m each week.
I also got the opportunity to support the recruitment consultants by calling their candidate database and updating their records whilst establishing if they were currently seeking a new contract or permanent career opportunity. This I found challenging but it did help me develop my communication skills and get over the fear of calling people that I had never spoken to before.
