On a daily basis, my job requires me to serve on tills in the customer service department which entails interacting with customers whom can sometimes be difficult and dealing with exchanges and refunds. I also carry the responsibility of looking after the changing rooms. I am also trained to work on the shop floor, this entails maintaining the shop floor, closing down the clothing and accessories and helping customers.
