* Sales Forecasting and Reporting
* Management of the activities involved in preparation, delivery and need assessment of Global Sales Training
* Coaching and Mentoring to Sales Managers to pursue present and future plans
* Quarterly reviews with Managers and Directors to improve their business
* Implementation of BASE Methodology to enhance salesforce's pipeline
* Supporting new hired in their career path
* Sales Training activities (Certifications, Workshops..) to boost their knowledge
* Connecting sales teams to the most useful business tools and enable them to use
* Salesforce's performance, monitoring their related KPI’s and accuracy, working strictly together with Sales Operations
* Business Plan Development - Regional Business Transformation
