Responsible for the company targets to reduce inventory levels, increase inventory turns and improve order-to -delivery. I developed the process of Plan for Every Part within the company. I am responsible for managing the process itself. I lead cross-functional teams for the implementation of projects of logistics flow optimization towards lean. Until April 2013, I have been SAP Power user on SAP Maintenance module and I was involved as well on projects about SAP Inventory management, Inbound and Outbound delivery.
