In addition to this I had to provide excellent customer care as I was dealing with food and patients concurrently, so this led to excellent personal hygiene. • It was essential to be responsible because I was dealing with vulnerable people so I had to speak to them in a welcoming manner to ensure I was meeting patient requirements and going the extra mile. • Being friendly was essential in order to build a rapport with the individuals to make them feel comfortable and behave in an empathetic manner. • The role gave me insight in to the work environment and helped me to develop and expand my practical experience in a workplace.
