Responsible for providing advice to Managers and team members on all HR topics such as:
- Recruitment and Hirings: managing recruiting and hiring activities and internal mobility processes in order to support the Management in identifying the right candidates fitting the company values;
- Training & Development: identifying training needs and implementing training initiatives in order to support professional development and performance improvements;
- Performance Management: ensuring proper management of the process for all the assigned employees;
- People Management: partner with Managers to provide support in employee relations and employment law.
