Organize all the elements that intervene in the project (analysis and design technicians, programmers, users, equipment, etc.).
Achieve customer targets by resolving customer issues in a timely manner.
Assists with the administration of the Exchange Email Servers and Client Installations, including smart phones.
Provides training to customers in the use of their software, hardware, and phone systems.
Making reports to the head of the department about the services.
Assists in evaluating end user needs and recommends appropriate equipment and software configurations.
Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.)
Maintain a high standard in personal KPI targets as defined.
Respond to telephone and email queries on IT problem.
Register and control of devices on our systems (Chromebooks, PCs, Laptops).
Supervise and check network services (switches, servers, networks connections).
Create, modify and delete users from Active directory.
Perform preventative maintenance, including checking and cleaning of workstations, printers, and peripherals.
