05-2014 - OraGestione di progetti / Prodotto For Wholesale and Licensing channels I am in charge of the daily market sales analysis and KPI’s monitoring for France, Germany & Austria, Iberia and Uk & Ireland, but I also overview and collaborate in the creation of the Long Range Plan, the Operating Plan and the Commercial Budget. This involves monitoring each plan during each sales campaign. On a daily bases I am responsible for collecting budget data from the WHS Directors team about agency/customer and partner/store.
I constantly monitor the trends and compare them to the collection budget I produce daily standard reports that present and analyse the results and highlight key issues risks and opportunities. I am also required to develop ad hoc reports and analysis upon specific request: this can involve overviewing, sales debriefing meetings and controlling the data from customer’s budget process, using the tool TXT (Demanding Planning Tool) and working on datasets through business objects (such as Microstrategy).
I follow up sell-in performances weekly by inputing Closing Estimates and therefore developing Sell-Out Analysis on wholesale key customers; I am also required to provide sell-out and sell through analysis on licensing stores by area and by product or collect data and analyse the sales for a specific business unit.
