Strategic business partner to BU Director and local senior management on the analysis, reporting and planning of BU's financials (~€2bn revenues, +19 countries) – I built up a new BU variance analysis through all the financial drivers (volumes, price, mix) – BU Financial Planning&Analysis – Constant dialog with local CFO/Controllers to understand local business drivers – Coordinate BU's consolidation, presentations, forecast updates and yearly Management Budget – Analysis of the Return on Capital Employed.
