Learned Team management, leading a multicultural team, crisis management, management of Heads of different departments (marketing, sales, operations, finance, PR, HR)
- Term 16/17 was the most successful in years: the organization grew 30% in sales after three years of stagnation; liquidity index grew of 250%; we gained 11 months of reserves; retention rate of the team was 100% and 10 out of 16 members chose to apply for other positions in the same organization
