•Working closely with suppliers to digitize process (sampling process, translations, data induction, questionnaire, UX, dashboard and reporting tools)
•Set up and monitoring of Customer Satisfaction, prospect analysis and segmentation to improve Customer and Product Experience
• Review customer satisfaction and other operational metric results on a daily/weekly/monthly basis to identify trends and prepare/update/present documentation about it
