Full-time Internship - ERP Implementation
01-2017 - 07-2017 Gestione di progetti / Prodotto I’ve been an active member of the team set for implementing a new ERP, based on SAP S/4 HANA, in our Business School. I took part to the whole Functional Analysis and Business Blueprint section together with our team (PM, CFO and MCS responsible), our suppliers and our consultancy partners. Due to the peculiarity of our business, we had to develop many customizations to SAP Standards, balancing today’s benefits and future mantainance costs.
