I Am Able To Communicate With Various Types Of Ethnic People Due To Having The Same Language In Common. Being Brought Up In The UK Allows Me To Be Multilingual As I Am Brought Up With Various Different Languages Such As English, Urdu, Pashto And Punjabi Which I Can Speak. I Have Also Learnt Arabic And Farsi During My Year At University. Being Multilingual Is Very Helpful Within A Workforce Environment As You Need To Able Able To Communicate With People Of Different Ethnic Diversities. • Teamwork: This Is Another Skill Which I Have Required Throughout My Academic Year. I Have Required This Skill By Being A Part Of A Group During My Sixth Form Days Where I Had Be A Part Of A Business Group. In This Group I Had The Job Of Being Team Leader, The Group Was Made To Start A Business Of Our Own And Sell Our Products. By Being Team Leader I Have Understood How Team Work Is Important, By Being Part Of A Team Constantly Working Together You Need To Understand How To Work As Part Of A Team And Overcome Difficulties Together By Working Together.
