The Role

The Role:
We’re looking for a junior professional, Intern Data Services for our Italian Talent team: her/his main goal will be managing of the most important Survey, industry focused, mainly within the financial sector, or cross-sector.

Data Services Activity:
• Surveys

·  Annual survey launch activities: presentations to customers divided by sector
·  Collection of remuneration data with related assistance and training to the client on the compilation of the data collection files and the Willis Towers Watson methodology
·  Processing of collected data and Quality Assurance
·  Publication of surveys and presentation of results to participating companies

• Benchmarking

·  Development of ad hoc market remuneration benchmarks for individual companies on specific roles
·  Benchmarking activities on broader reward or executive compensation projects
·  Development of ad hoc market studies related to remuneration and / or benefits for individual companies

The Requirements

The Requirements:

·  Degree, a Master in Business Administration or Economic, Law, including the HR Management stream being much appreciated
·  Excellent knowledge of the English language (mainly in writing)
·  Proficiency in using Microsoft Office package, mainly Excel and PowerPoint
·  Self-starter attitude and ability to work within ambiguity
·  Good communicator: mainly ability being to persuade internal clients and, as a second step, to deal with clients and prospects
·  Ability to work independently within the assigned tasks and a certain level of proactive behaviors are requested
