About The Role
The User Experience Designer will Translate business concepts into flows, wireframes and prototypes that lead into simple, intuitive user experiences contributing to design research, strategy and communication.
Lead user experience design activities within an Agile team defining wireframes, user stories and journeys and prototypes, optimised for devices and contexts.
Employ a user-centered design approach to rapidly test and iterate through designs
Leverage usability best practices to guide the company's overall user experience roadmap
Use a data driven approach in identifying design problems and developing elegant solutions
Collaborate with user research team to understand user needs, identify design opportunities, and create meaningful user experiences
Explain, discuss and justify design decisions effectively. Give effective feedback and direction to more junior members of the team.
Frame and tell the story of design solutions. Present the communication of research findings, conceptual ideas, detailed design, and design rationale both verbally and visually.
