Indirect Sales District Partner Manager

We are looking for a District Partner Manager (DPM) to join our Enterprise Business Unit within Small and Medium Enterprise Segment, reporting directly to the Area Manager Lombardia.

The DPM will be responsible for:

· Deliver district performance (including national partners’ branches)
· Design the strategy for Agencies development at district level (Profit & Loss, monitoring performance, resourcing strategy, footprint)
· Manage relationship with internal stakeholder (marketing, presales etc)
· Maintain a strong relationship and coordination with the sales team
· Responsible of inflow and outflow target revenue
· Increase the Digital Competence for Sales Team
· Analysis& reporting of the partner’s results
· Coordinate the acquisition through sales force
· Analysis, development and planning on prospects
· Coaching for prospect / key stakeholder
· Campaign and performance analysis, prevention monitoring
· Planning and staffing of the agency

Profil recherché

Qualifications :

Qualification

Core competencies, knowledge and experience [max 5]:

·  Holding Master of Science
· 
Minimum 3-5 years of indirect sales background within international and highly complex organized structures

· 
Sales experience with solutions, IT, ICT and broad understanding of service proposition

· 
Knowledge of purchase practices within Public Administrations is considered an important asset

· 
Fluent in English and mother tongue Italian
