MAIN JOB PURPOSE:

We're looking for a User Experience (UX) designer to join the Operator Experience team. The team is responsible for creating the best user experience for our chefs on all Unilever Food Solutions (UFS) platforms. We get into the mind of our chefs to understand their needs and transform this into amazing user experience that drives engagement, conversion and sales.

As part of this dedicated team, you'll be responsible for creating great UX designs that will drive these objectives. You will play a leading role into optimizing existing user journeys as well as creating new ones. We are looking for someone who is passionate about all tings concerning UX, who is always up-to-date with the latest innovations and design trends and know all about interactivity and customer-centric design. Someone with a professional, self-starting, can-do mentality who likes the challenge of working under a deadline driven environment.

JOB SUMMARY
· Create high quality UX deliverables such as detailed wireframes, user flows and (quick) prototypes to improve user experience, increase onsite conversions and drive sales.
· Create intuitive, persuasive and flawless UX designs for App, desktop and mobile
· Optimize the user experience on all UFS platforms and identify opportunities for optimizations, based on user date and feedback (qualitative and quantitative.
· Set up user tests with chefs to get into their mindset to understand their needs and transform this into great visual designs
· Initializing AB-tests on the platform that will improve engagement, sales and user experience
· Create crystal clear briefings for visual design and development teams.
· In collaboration with the team you will be responsible for creating a UX strategy and roadmap
· Spread the word of UX to all stakeholders and teams outside the digital conversion team.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
· Create clickable wireframes that clearly visualize your UX
· Experience working with iOS, Android and Hybris is preferred
· You know how to use different kind of data and transform this into great UX
· Knowledge in conducting different types of user research like chef panels, user testing, heatmaps & web behaviour and card sorting.
· You have great knowledge of Sketch and the Adobe Suite and you're familiar with prototyping tools like Invision and Marvel.
· Knowledge of Scrum and an agile way of working
· Bachelor Degree in Graphic Design, Interaction design or something similar
· You have 1-3 years of relevant working experience as a UX designer
· You have a strong portfolio of recent achievements in UX
· You have a keen eye for detail and want your work to be pixel perfect
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills to team, (UX/UI) designers, developers and other stakeholders
· Fluent English, verbal & written
· Experience with AB-testing is preferred
· Knowledge of CSS and HTML is preferred.
