The Unilever Leadership Internship Programme is three-month-long summer internship programme for students to help them acquire work experience and kick-start their careers.

In this immersive summer programme you'll get hands-on experience by working in one of the world's leading consumer goods companies, work on real business projects and receive world-class training, development and mentoring. Shine in ULIP, and you could get fast-tracked to the UFLP Discovery Centre.

Customer Development is at the heart of what we do and a crucial part of growing a sustainable business while reducing our environmental impact. . Our Customer Development team ensures that our brands are available wherever our customers are shopping, through understanding their needs and creating succesful business strategies. They develop and manage relationships with key retailers through skill and sensitivity, and keep up with a fast-changing world to deliver the best results possible.

Who are we looking for?

· Undergraduate students currently in their 3 rd year OR students in their 1 st year of a graduate programme
· Fluent English
