Background & Purpose of the Job

Excellence in Factory Logistics requires a significantly large group of people all working together in harmony to solve complex and fast coming challenges without sacrificing detailed accuracy. Work must flow and be accounted for precisely with every touch.

The Factory Logistics Business Lead Role is the head problem solver, workflow regulator, people developer and motivator for a team of over 55.

Who You Are & What You'll Do

Without excellence in Logistics the factory is more wasteful and less efficient. This role's primary responsibility is to ensure daily execution in the flow and accounting of materials and to help land strategic change initiatives. The candidate chosen will be have demonstrated strong organizational skills, strong technical competency and the ability to motivate and develop people.

What You'll Need To Succeed

Demonstrated success leading large teams in an operational setting. Demonstrated proficiency in management information systems. Bachelor's Degree and previous experience in logistics preferred.

Experience : 3 – 5 years experience in manufacturing environment, including significant warehousing experience.

Expertise in production planning, capacity planning, ERP & MRP systems
