Area description

Financial Risks ICT is responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining ICT solutions for the centralized calculation and the monitoring of key indicators for all financial risks, coherently with local and international regulations.

In particular, the team ensures:

·  the maintenance and development of Methods/Systems for Group-wide Market Risk and Counterparty Credit Risk models and reporting processes
·  the maintenance and development of Financial Risk custom solutions, mainly covering Market Risk, Counterparty and Value Adjustment measures
·  the support and collaboration with Financial Risk management departments across the main countries of the Group and at different organization levels

Function description

Inside this structure, Change Financial Risks team manages all the projects activities of the area and is responsible for the coordination and monitoring of the projects among our area and other Group structure, both in IT and Bank areas.

Job description

We are looking for a junior talented resource, willing to support the Change office in managing Financial Risks projects. The ideal candidate will support Project Managers in planning IT projects, discussing priorities and resources allocation with IT and Risk offices, tracking activities and budget consumption, managing communication, ensuring the cooperation and the alignment of the different stakeholders, removing the obstacles preventing the project completion on time and on budget.

·  Master Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics or other scientific fields
·  Relevant work/internship experience
·  Availability for International mobility (short-time travel in Europe)
·  Full-time availability
·  Good quantitative background
·  High level of autonomy and flexibility
·  Goal-oriented, team-centric and communicative
·  Ability to perform under stressful conditions
·  Good negotiation skills
·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
·  Fluent English business
·  Italian, German and Romanian language would be a plus
