If you are a student always looking for opportunities of professional and personal growth in Human Capital, don't miss the opportunity to join the  HC Projects and Change Management team in charge of design and implementation of strategic human capital projects within UniCredit Group Chief Operating Office (COO) Area, which represents the transformation engine for UniCredit including the ICT, Back Office, Real Estate, Procurement, Security and Finance services .

The internship will give you the possibility to reinforce your team working attitude, to develop project management skills and to work on the re-engineering of specific HR processes

Job description

Key tasks and Responsibilities:

·  supporting as Junior Project Manager the design and implementation of strategic initiatives within COO Area focusing on change management, leadership, people engagement and transformational initiatives;
·  designing, re-engineering and implementing the in-scope processes aiming at their  efficiency and efficacy maximization;
·  contributing to the set-up of a managerial HC Dashboard working on the Analytics.
