Area description
The HR Technology Unit is part of the newly constituted department within the Group Human Capital function namely HR Transformation and Operations Office and has the mission to design, develop, maintain the HR Information Technology solutions with related reporting, integrate HR Systems with internal/external applications, manage infrastructure and database services according to the security Group guidelines
Job description
The position we are looking for will work in the Data Ware House (DWH) & Reports Area and will be in charge of the following activities:
• Collect and analyze process data to increase productivity
• Analyze and measure the effectiveness of existing IT processes
• Design, develop and maintain for :
◦ Dashboards and reports with BI tools(Qlik),
◦ Services of Data Bases
◦ Integration and conversion
• Data Mart and Data Warehouse modeling
• Data collection via ETL tools
• Determine KPI/KRI together with Business / Customer and Developing
Skills & Qualifications
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
• Proven working experience in Information Technology or Information Management;
• Knowledge of schema design and dimensional data modelling to create dimensional models in the DWH
• Expert level abilities in Database Management & Optimization
• Proven working experience of IBM Infosphere DataStage ETL tool (version 8.5 or greater);
• Proven working experience with writing SQL queries and stored procedures with relational databases (DB2, Oracle, SQL Server);
• Experience with Business Intelligence methodologies and Technologies like Relational databases (Oracle, MySql, etc.), OLAP, Visualization business Intelligence (Tableau, Qlikview, etc.), Enterprise Business Intelligence Solutions
(ie Cognos), ETL (SQL, Information, Datastage, etc.)
• Experience being a member of a design, development project team building Business Intelligence and reporting solutions

· Analytical thinking, problem solving, passion and skills on systems
· Team working ability in an international Group
· Fluent in written and spoken English
· Willing to travel
· 2-3 years of previuos experience
