Area description
Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) is a cross-country division of our Group which services the financial needs of small-medium enterprises, large corporates, multinationals, financial institutions, investors and commercial banking customers through corporate and transaction banking as well as structured finance, capital markets and investment products.
CIB provides access to markets in Western, Eastern and Central Europe and accompanies customers internationally.
Function description
CIB Marketing unit is responsible to define and implement the optimal marketing mix to support all CIB geographical and product units
Job description
Support in the planning, execution and management in CIB Marketing internal and external engagements. Primary and secondary research support to prepare backup Top Management’s presentations/speeches.
Possible involvements in other core activities such as definition of marketing mix, as well as budget management. Main activities:
· support in primary and secondary data research aimed at preparing documents functional to Client and Internal Events
· support on the lay-out of CIB presentations for internal meetings
· cooperation with the local Event Manager in the invitation process to Top Client Events
· cost estimate requests for external services related to events
· support in the set-up of the logistics with attention to brand and corporate identity guidelines during Events
· preparation and coordination of the delivery of merchandising/give aways to events
· assistance on site during Client Conferences and Internal Events
· track record activity of the orders related to CIB Communications
· registration and guest data reporting via internal on line tools.
