Summary

As part of the IT Customer and Marketing Solutions team, as the User Experience (UX) Designer, you will handle the UX of web products from microsites, landing pages, web apps, and full-scale platforms.

You will lead the design process by creating rapid prototypes and mock-ups, shaping a clear and personalized product UX strategy, and designing a consistent and engaging UX.

Responsibilities

·  Design logic, layout and flow the dashboards design, layout and flow of the user interface based on information architecture and accessibility principles;
·  Ensure that signs and feedback clearly communicate the product information based on best practices in accessibility;
·  Create models that illustrate how user segments interact with each web product;
·  Cover market research on various features/web products;
·  Advise and collaborate with teams to determine the best controls and inputs to support product features for fluid and consistent user experience;
·  Create functional prototypes for rapid iterations on key elements;
·  Implement an optimal interface layout plan;
·  Ensure that the interface arrangement accounts for localization constraints;
·  Perform UX analysis & usability tests per each web product;
·  Analyze & present users’ behavioral segmentation to product stakeholders, and detail it to guide design decisions;
·  Account for user feedback and the efficient use of user research services to optimize the product experience.

Training

·  Attestation of collegial studies (AEC) in infographic and multimedia or any related discipline.

Relevant experience

·  Minimum of two years’ relevant experience as a UX designer.

Skills and Knowledge

·  Ability to align business goals with users’ expectations in a personalized product experience;
·  Excellent knowledge of online UX design principles, best practices, methodologies and professional web standards;
·  Excellent skills and understanding of various wireframing & prototyping tools (ex:  Adobe XD);
·  Good knowledge and understanding of aesthetics and style elements, cross-browser, cross-platform, cross-device compatibilities;
·  Excellent research techniques;
·  Good knowledge of usability tests methods and processes;
·  Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple, overlapping, and potentially conflicting priorities;
·  Excellent communication skills and attention to detail;
·  Bilingual (French/English) is required both orally and written.
