Ubisoft is looking for a receptionist that is outgoing and detail-oriented on the job. The mission of the position is to provide Ubisoft employees/ visitors with hospitable & friendly reception service and serve as an internal travel agency for business trip arrangement related with Chengdu studio.

育碧电脑正在寻找一位性格活泼外向并且对在工作中注重细节的前台接待员。该职位的主要任务是为育碧的员工和访客提供热情友好的接待服务,同时为成都工作室相关的员工和访客提供差旅预订服务及相关协调工作。

 

What you will do 

你会负责:

·         Answer and transfer incoming telephone calls, take messages when necessary. Handle all incoming and outgoing mails, goods and other delivery related;

负责前台电话接听、转接和记录,快件和各项物品收发等;

·         Be responsible for general reception work with visitors.

负责访客的来访登记等一般性接待工作;

·         Be responsible for employee business trip booking (flights, accommodation and pick up service, etc) and relevant payment.

负责工作室员工的差旅(机票、酒店、接送机)预定和相关的账单结算;

·         Be responsible for Admin services arrangement.

负责监督和落实行政各项服务;

·         Oversee maintenance of office equipment and furniture. 

负责监督办公室日常维修工作的开展;

·         Provide assistance to workplace department daily Operation.

参与协助行政部的日常工作;

What you should be equipped with

你需要的技能:

·         Good communication and organizational skill, open personality while customer-oriented;

良好的人际沟通技巧, 性格外向且具有客户服务意识;

·         Knowledge of general office management & proficiency in Microsoft Office & Excel;

熟悉办公室行政管理流程并熟练使用office系列办公软件

·         Good ability of self-learning & self-motivation, detail oriented;

具备较强的学习能力和自我约束能力, 注重细节。

·         Good English skills in verbal and written communications;

良好的英语口语及书面表达能力

·      Over 6 months' internship and college degree is preferred;

本科学历及6个月实习优先
