As a Data Steward E-commerce, you will oversee the referential « Products » to guarantee the quality of the information given to worldwide teams with a focus on our Store.

-        Process referent

·         You’ll insure communication between services through mutualization and structure of WW E-commerce referential.

·         Source of proposals, you’ll work at optimizing processes taking into consideration constraints and deadlines of all stakeholders (e.g. EMEA/NCSA ecommerce team, operations, IT, Financial team)

·         Interface between teams, your daily experience will be key for transversal projects on processes and tools related to e-commerce referential

-          Data Steward  

- Key dispatcher of information, your expertise in data “pipelining” would insure you consistent gathering

·         Creation and update of e-commerce products

·         Maintenance of e-commerce referential (products, pricings, allocations to the local stores) considering territories specificities such as currencies, exclusivity, bans policies…

·         Integration and consistency checks of integrity and completeness of the referential

·         Your responsibility will extend from keeping key data end users informed to matter solving through collaboration with relevant teams (Ubisoft Store, operations, IT, Finance)

·         Accountable for data reliability, any request for confirmation of accuracy will be directed to you, your ability to adjust to interlocutors considering confidentiality and specific terminology will be key

-          Data Analyst

·         Direct contact with Ubisoft store of the whole zone

·         As the e-commerce referential WW expert, you’ll participate to IT projects (MDM)

·         Support for other teams on data perception

The ideal candidate will have an advanced or a bachelor's degree in Business or related fields and will have 2-3 years of experience in managing repository Products, preferably in e-commerce.

You know how to handle a large volume of data, are organized and autonomous. You known for your rigor and your sense of service.

You are comfortable with tools of repository and analysis such as MDM, Microstrategy, ...

English is required.
