Founded in 2005, Owlient has sharpened its expertise in free-to-play games through Howrse, an equestrian management simulation game, which has been live for over 10 years and still gathers more than half a million monthly players. Currently, the studio is releasing the mobile AAA game Tom Clancy’s Elite Squad, which is one of the games within Ubisoft being developed data-steered from the start.

Active in 28 countries with 27 studios, Ubisoft has won over gamers worldwide with its high-quality, cutting-edge franchises. Today, Ubisoft boasts one of the richest and most diverse catalogues in the industry with top selling brands.  

As an integral part of Ubisoft’s mobile division, Owlient is currently focused on developing long-lasting mobile games to bring AAA Ubisoft brands on mobile. We’re looking for smart, creative, passionate people to join us as we unlock our next level of success. 

Position’s objectives

Member of the Customer Relation department, whose mission is to offer to our players the most memorable and incredible experience.
As a Community Developer of a live game, your mission is to animate and enhance our community of passionate players.
As the dedicated contact person with our players, you help them to discover the new features and contests of the game. You can also easily sum up and analyse the players’ feedbacks to be the spokesperson of the community within the game production teams.
Based on strong analytic skills, you measure the performance of all your actions to be able improve them regularly.

Missions

·  Imagine and run the communication plans in order to conquer, engage and federate the players on all our communication channels, inside and outside of the game
·  Create innovative content to support the communication plans
·  Design and help develop features to improve the community management in game
·  Identify, follow and analyse the best KPI to measure the performance of our communication plans and community management actions
·  Animate and moderate conversation with the players to strengthen their engagement and increase the size of the community
·  Identify and contact the most active players and thank them for the commitment they have to the game
·  Track and improve player satisfaction.
·  A 2 years’ experience as a community manager
·  Level Bac+5, Business School, Communication school…
·  Excellent writing skills
·  Fluent in French and English
·  Good expertise of all different social networks and strong interest and creativity for communication in general
·  Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, …)
·  Good knowledge of the video game market and Ubisoft games
·  Self-ruling and sense of responsibility
·  Passionate of horses and horse riding
