Summary
UMC – the Ubisoft Mobile China Publishing team, is currently seeking a BD Trainee to help with Secretarial work and Time management of internal and external communication process.

 

Responsibilities

·  Understand the publishing process. Support publishing Director to track the Contract progress to ensure each contract could be finished on time . Detect any delay risk as early as possible.
·  Actively collaborate and communicate with Ubisoft SHA internal departments , including Legal, Data, Business and Brand etc.
·  Help to pushing OKR process with handle agenda，preparation，and meeting recap.
·  Other pertinent tasks.

 

·  5 full days per week for 4~6 months internship duration
·  Major in English or other related
·  Master Microsoft Office suite especially PowerPoint
·  Very well organized
·  Have a passion for gaming
·  Excellent communication skills
·  Fluent in English
