Esbjerg is the heart of our operational activities with more than 1,000 colleagues working onshore and offshore. Copenhagen is the location for Total’s North Sea business unit that supervises our operations in Denmark, Norway, Netherlands, UK and Russia and is the home of the technical hub for offshore developments and exploration.

As Student Assistant you will support the team in delivering an ambitious and busy communication agenda. You will report to the Senior Communications Manager and be located in Esbjerg.

Key tasks and responsibilities

·  Editorial and internal communications support, including writing news articles, supporting internal campaigns, creating content and updating fact sheets
·  Digital support and management including updating intranet, editing and supporting webmasters, video and photo support
·  Brand and visuals support, formatting and editing presentations, handling brand and logo requests, supporting photo library
·  Support to the Communications team with administration, printing and ordering

Requirements:

·  Your field of study is related to Communications from a University or Business School
·  You have strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Danish
·  Have good project planning, event management and writing skills
·  Are proactive and set high standards for the quality of your work
·  Take ownership and persistently follow-through
·  Have a desire to learn, develop and being challenged
