Job Description

In full coordination with Retail teams in Singapore:
·  New countries
·  Total is working on two projects to start a retail activity in Saudi Arabia and India via creation of joint venture. There is a strong implication of Singapore to assist those JV in their first months of operation. The retail project executive will have to assist the retail team to monitor the progress of the business work streams (organise weekly calls, issue the minutes, draft the actions plans, follow up the progress of the different actions planned, …)
·  Retail priorities
·  Elaborate with the contribution of each retail expert and the deputies of the 2 regions a template for retail reviews (COC, Card, SFS, margin/volume, …)
·  Elaborate and regularly update a KPI reporting showing the progress of the retail projects that have been validated as priorities for every retail affiliate. The source of information shall be collected during the BIG6 meeting for the biggest affiliates and with each retail expert for the smaller affiliates
·  Data analysis
·  Assist in ad-hoc study or tracking of non-fuel (SFS) activities performance, controlling expenses at the station level in each affiliate via statistical modelling methodology.
·  Assist in building a visualization tools with strong database management in order to quickly identify business insights.

Candidate profile

·  Good knowledge of data analysis tools is mandatory, such as Power BI, Tableau or SQL.
·  International cultural adjustment ability
·  Knowledge of lean management is a plus
·  Autonomous, open-minded, analysis capacities, rigorous
·  Excellent level in Excel and in digital technologies.
·  Fluent in English is mandatory and good notions of French is a plus for the exchanges with head office and French
