Job Description
HR Operations
· Lead and manage new HR initiatives for organization change and growth
· Design, development and delivery of organizational policies, processes, procedures and interventions to ensure that business needs are met
· Plan, evaluate, organize, and implement OD and Career development programmes
· Design and expansion of training and development programs based on company needs
· Determine skills requirements and deliver short, medium and long term capability requirements for the business.
· Ensure training activities meet with and integrate with organizational requirements on Integrated Management System (IMS) and its compliance to relevant legislation and authorities.
· Conduct training needs analysis, recommendations or develop new programmes
· Perform benchmarking activities and Cost & Benefit analysis of learning products and/or services
· Plan and deliver Talent Management and organizational development interventions. Consult with department managers on organization design and effectiveness on talent development, leadership development and succession planning.
· Provide consultation in change management, organization effectiveness and performance issues
· Spearhead and maintain Learning Management System and its initiatives.
· Generate PR/PO for training and G&S services in Optima system and ensure timely MIGO for payment.
· Responsible for HR reporting to HQ (e.g. PXL, PDS, HR4u reporting)
· All other training administration responsibilities and HR Projects
· Provide administrative support to HR department, when required.
· Appointed as Safety Committee member
Administration
· Handle purchase requisition for HR related payments
· Act as a back-up for Crisis Communication Contact Point
· Support office administration assigned from time to time

Candidate profile
· Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or HRM or I/O Psychology, and WSQ ACTA certification
· 2 years of experience in HRD function (L&D or OD or Talent Management, etc)
· Strong communication skills (written and oral); ability to work independently; Engage with diverse stakeholders to facilitate seamless business operations
· Familiar with WSG Frameworks and SkillsFuture
· Passion for Talent Management and ability to drive an organization forward
· Competent in Managing Change
