Job description

Under the supervision of the Director of Project Control, and working for the management of Subsea Paris, the Workload Officer:

·  Measures the certain workload - related to projects acquired and in the process of being executed
·  Measures the future workload - in case of projects acquired in the future
·  Monitors the resources available for the projects and provides the necessary additional workforce

Reporting to the Director of Project Control Subsea Paris, your main tasks will be:

·  To identify new opportunities for short, medium and longer term contract, in collaboration with sales teams.
·  Together with the Estimator, to define the scale (hours) of new opportunities identified, as well as the distribution of the load in the coming time (based on a mobilization plan or a statistical model).
·  To evaluate with the Human Resources Manager and the Department Heads, the workforce status (current and future).
·  Identifying existing and missing skills
·  To communicate to the management, the status of the hours completed and alert on the possible drifts.
·  While bringing out the perspectives on load and status of resources, you will highlight the underload and overload over time. Moreover, help in the establishment of the action plans.
·  To prepare monthly report and present new trends and facts to the SUBSEA management
·  To carry out the monitoring of the hours completed in the Centres d'ingénierie du Groupe and ensure compliance with the Sub-Contract objectives defined by the Management.

You are meant for this role if you have/ are:

·  Bachelor/ Master degree
·  Experience in workforce/ resource planning
·  Fluent in English
·  Autonomous, analytical, methodical, disciplined

Nice to have:

·  Knowledge of Office Pack and Power BI
·  Knowledge of VB programming
