DEPARTMENT: Pressure Pumping Products Service (PPS)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Inspect, maintain and troubleshoot Well Service Pump (WSP) assets in the shop and field.The WSP Tech I will focus on training and development under the WSP Lead Technician to grow a greater knowledge of the operation of the WSP and how they are maintained.The WSP Technician I role will serve as an apprentice for a minimum of six months.Maintain a strong focus on Health, Safety and Environment as well as quality of work being performed.

MAIN TASKS:

·Perform field and shop service repair on Well Services Pumps.

·Maintain work log detailing hours of training and work performed.

·Develop skills for troubleshooting and repairing WSP Fluid and Power Ends.

·Accurate completion of appropriate field ticket paperwork.

·Perform required updates in Inteserv.

·Safety – Supports the safety culture at the base by adhering to established safety procedures and expectations of compliance.

·Quality – Performs all inspections, and repairs in accordance with TechnipFMC and customer standards.Supports the quality culture of TechnipFMC.

·Financial Performance – Maximize throughput by working efficiently and eliminating unnecessary idle time.Maintain attendance record of at least 97.5% per the PPS Attendance Policy.

·Training – Successfully complete all Integrated Services training requirements.Apply knowledge gained through training in all daily activities.

·Customer Satisfaction – Adhere to customer standards. Maintain professional appearance and demeanor.

·Inventory – Properly document all inventory transactions and maintain organization of in stock items. Responsible use of operating supplies. Follow all company guidelines pertaining to inventory control.

·Facility and Environmental - Proactively supports compliance with local, provincial and federal standards including hazardous waste disposal and air quality standards. Identifies and recommends the upgrade of service tools, equipment, and fleet vehicles to ensure their safety, fitness for purpose and their serviceability.Provides daily inspection of tooling and equipment.Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.

·As required, assist in the Service Center with asset inspection.

REQUIREMENTS:

·  High School Diploma or equivalent.
·  Valid driver's license
·  Demonstrated ability to read, write and speak English
·  Basic PC skills
·  Ability to learn Fluid End and Power End repair (Prior familiarity desirable but not required for WSP Tech I)

·  Must be able and willing to travel within Western Canada
·  Valid passport with ability to travel to USA for both training and work
·  Must display good customer relations skills

§Demonstrate understanding of precision measuring

·  Ability to learnknowledge of flow rates, pressures and data

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

·  May spend time in shop, satellite facility, mobile unit or customer location in field.
·  May be exposed to possible hazards including loud noise, heavy machinery, travel hazards and extreme weather conditions.
·  Standing for long periods of time
·  Walking
·  Climbing
·  Frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
·  Hand, foot motions of fork lift operations
·  Driving vehicles
·  Work in shop environment which also involves noise, temperature extremes, dust and fumes
·  Repetitive motions associated with job tasks
