We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator - Commercial, reporting to the Aftermarket Commercial Lead.

Job description
·  Review and summarise execution strategy requirements inclusive of engineering, quality, cost and schedule
·  Perform Purchase Order review and acceptance ensuring terms are in accordance with the execution strategy
·  Arrange and Lead Kick-off Meetings with all necessary stakeholders from various countries around the world. Kick-off meetings will typically therefore be conducted over Skype / Microsoft Teams
·  Agree WBS Structure with Financial Controllers to ensure effective and efficient cost monitoring throughout order execution
·  Oversee Order entry into SAP System ensuring key execution strategy requirements are detailed
·  When necessary, monitor design engineering team to ensure drawings and part reports are released on-time and on-budget.
·  Oversee procurement and manufacturing progress by liaising with Singapore Team to ensure orders are executed on time, on budget and to the required quality requirements

You are meant for this role if you have:

·  Experience in working with SAP advantageous.
·  A background in manufacturing, quotation or engineering environment would be an advantageous.
·  Knowledge of applicable industry standards such as API, Norsok, SI 913 and CU TR would be advantageous
·  Self-starter who is motivated and displays a good level of autonomy
·  Excellent attention to detail whilst reviewing cost models, schedules and quality requirements
·  Able to evaluate, critically interpret and communicate information across multiple interrelated departments and geographical locations. Communication will frequently be done electronically via email and voice/video calls.
·  Able to multitask and prioritise workload to meet multiple deadlines simultaneously
·  Able to work in a team and on own initiative
