Duties and responsibilities

Reporting to the Piping Material Section Manager and in parallel to the Piping Material Lead, you are in charge of piping material specification and piping material management during the whole project life.Your areas of activity will mainly concern the oil and gas industries.

As member of main Operating Center of TechnipFMC group, you are involved in general development at Group level and contribute to convergence group network.

As the Junior PipingMaterial Engineeron major contracts, your main duties will be the following:

·Preparationof working instructions and guideline for your activities on project.

·Creation of Piping Material job spec for design and supply, valve datasheets, …

·Implementation of code, regulation, international norms and standards

·Piping material and valve selection

·Piping calculation

·Piping material codification and implementation in computerized database

·Participate to quantities management,

·Issuance of Piping Material Requisition,

·Technical Bid Analysis, Vendor clarifications

·Vendor drawings review

·Interface management with engineering discipline, 3D model, instrumentation, pressure vessels

·Technical support during material inspection in vendor workshop and technical support to construction yard

Profile

Graduate from an Engineering school with option in material and/or mechanical, you have got a good knowledge of usual software and computerized data base.

Dynamic, reliable, autonomous, responsive, with good communication skills, you can easily work in multicultural environments.

Fluent in English.

You are willing to travel occasionally in France and over the world.
