We are looking to recruit a Health, Safety and Environment Advisor to join our HSE function at our Dunfermline Campus. The Dunfermline Campus is one of two manufacturing hubs globally to manufacture, assemble and test SPS equipment for our global customer base in the Oil & Gas industry.

In this role you will be responsible for the provision of competent HSE advice, guidance and recommendations on all activities carried out the and for enhancing the HSE culture on the campus.

Job description
¡  Provide support and advice to all levels of theorganisationto ensure everyone within the Dunfermline Campus is aware of their HSE responsibilities.
¡  Lead and implement HSE initiatives across the campus.
¡  Promote cultural development through engagement with personnel and HSE teams and imbedding our corporate HSE - Pulseprogramme.
¡  Build strong relationships with customer representatives on the Dunfermline Campus and core contractors.
¡  Carry out investigations to establish root causes, identify lessons learnt and implement prevention – sharing bestpractisewithin company.
¡  Keep abreast of new legislation and provide updates to the Senior Manager, HSE of relevant changes.

We are looking for positive, proactive people with a passion for safety and a continuous improvement mindset.

You are meant for this role if you have:

¡  Previous experience within a similar role in the petrochemicals industry
¡  Knowledge of ISO 14001/45001/OHSAS 18001 is essential.
¡  A professional qualification such as a NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent is desirable (minimum NEBOSH certificate).
