At TechnipFMC, we deliver critical projects of a scale, scope and difficulty that you simply won't find anywhere else. We are looking for a HRIS – HCM Build Integration support who can join our multicultural team in Noida.

HCM Build integration support is responsible to follow up and support Build Integration activities related to HCM to secure their proper delivery and operations in GBS standards and as part of the global GBS HRIS application framework.

As part of HCM Program, the role is dedicated 100% to HCM Wave 1 implementation, working closely to the HCM Delivery team to ensure that every integration Build is properly assessed, designed, build and approved.

From HCM go-Live the role with support Wave 2 implementation as well as Business As Usual / Enhancements impacting HCM integrations

·  Internal: HCM Program Delivery team, HRIS Corporate team, HR Area Business Partners, GBS HRIS team, Data Services & Data Management team, External delivery teams
·  Other delivery teams: CyberSecurity, Inf/Opps, Architecture…
Job description

Business support
·  Business requirements review for compatibility with existing integrations and applications
·  Solution design Authority participation for Integrations Functional specification review
·  Involvement in System Integration testing –
·  Acts as tester on tests for HCM/F4C/Accelance related actions & checks
·  Reviews E2E practical behavior of the integration for Knowledge Transfer to start internally
·  Involvement in User Acceptance testing - Supports UAT
·  Reviews E2E practical behavior of the integration for Knowledge Transfer to continue internally with reference to User feedback and possible challenges
·  Involvement in cutover planning
·  Participates Cutover plan definition as GBS SPOC to integrate GBS actions in Project cutover plan
·  Handover Integration knowledge to GBS Team
·  Oversee GBS HCM Run Integration resources and provide expertise on critical issues / problems
·  Detailed Scope of activities for different types of HCM / F4C implementations:
·  Interface Build by external resources (Epicenter or other partner)
·  Support HLD definition
·  Review Functional specification / participate design and sign-off as part of SDA
·  Support SIT / UAT and sign off integration test book
·  Support Integration cutover and hand over knowledge to GBS HRIS team
·  Interface Build by GBS / Data Services ressources
·  Support HLD definition
·  Own Functional specification / Present during SDA
·  Support SIT / UAT and sign off integration test book
·  Own Integration cutover and hand over knowledge to GBS HRIS team
·  Own reversed knowledge transfer to Epicenter L3 suupport team
·  BAU / Enhancement impacting HCM Integrations
·  Participate HCM Change board and represent HCM Live F4C Integration stakes in it.
·  Participate design and sign-off as part of SDA
·  Support SIT / UAT and sign off integration test book
·  Own Integration cutover and hand over knowledge to GBS HRIS team
·  Own reversed knowledge transfer to Epicenter L3 suupport team (if applicable)

You are meant for this job if you have/ are:

·  Technical skills in ETL development
·  Data Modelization knowledge
·  Oracle Database knowledge. SQL Knowledge
·  Project management
·  Team Spirit
·  Fluent English (this is mandatory and should not be considered as nice to have)
·  Autonomous
·  Flexibility (capacity to work on different projects during the same timeframe)
·  EPICENTER knowledge : Strong Nice to have
·  HR Domain knowledge
·  Work experience: 5 to 10 years
·  ETL experience : 3 year minimum
·  Minimum education level: Bachelor's Degree
