You are meant for this job if

¡  Mechanical or Metallurgical engineer degree or equivalent with specialization in welding
¡  3 years or more in Welding or Metallurgical processes
¡  Technical abilities in mechanics, electricity, instrumentation, computing specific ability as rigor, methodical, organized and curiosity Relationship abilities
¡  Good communication Leadership
¡  Very good command of English
¡  Ability to be autonomous, to take initiatives and to provide follow up with details Project Management abilities

Job Purpose


To provide technical expertise in order to improve the quality & productivity of the Process under responsibility.


Job Responsibilities & Accountability


Responsibility: A duty that binds to the course of action. The incumbent who need to complete the task & responsible for action / implementation

Accountability: The incumbent / person is answerable for the correct and thorough completion of the deliverable task / function in specific time frame given


Main Accountabilities

¡  Provide technical expertise to manufacturing department in order to analyze and to solve welding problems
¡  To coordinate the development and/or improvement of settings for TIG, MAG, resistance welding and manual welding processes.
¡  To keep and to update technical documentation relating to welding: procedures, operating manuals, work instructions, trouble-shutting guides and lessons learned
¡  To identify and to undertake improvements on tooling and machines or developments of new equipment's
¡  To manage the performance of the welding processes putting in place and monitoring robust KPIs
¡  Identify and request relevant trainings in order to improve the performance of the team
¡  Perform other duties and functions as may be required by Superior.
¡  Apply the TechnipFMC Group values charter (Ethics, Social, Environmental, Health and Safety)
