Job description

In this role as a Developer, successful candidates must be able to work with IBM internal clients to:

Work as a member of the Agile application development team and participate in translation of business requirements into technical solutions;
Create macro & micro designs working with the client and the development teams and IBM Solution Architects;
Develop application framework and establish foundation and standards for code development;
Belong to AGILE development teams developing, unit testing and deploying applications;
Develop and reviw sizing estimates and participate in backlog planning;
Support and mentor other technical team members.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

.. Experience with JAVA web development (front end and back end);
STRUTS 2 Framework;
SPRING Framework;
JPA with Hibernate;
Knowledge of Javascript using JQUERY and DOJO;
Good English communication skills (read, write, listen);
