Synergie Italia Spa, Milan Permanent division, selects for an important client operating in the engineering, repair and logistics sector for the communications industry:
Quality Manager
Posizione
· Responsible for organization’s QMS & EMS including compliance and continuous improvement;
· Execute internal & external audits and control implementation of corrective actions;
· Perform root cause analysis and drive corrective and preventive action process;
· Contact for costumer escalation and complaints;
· Coordinate customer visits and quality meetings;
· Establish & control documented system and calibration system;
· Interface to operations, engineering, customers or suppliers to ensure compliance to all applicable requirements;
· Drive action plans and improvements activities;
· Supports at quality planning and process optimization using quality methodologies and tools;
· Works on systemic evaluation of products, services, operations or business processes to ensure that standards of quality are being met.
Requisiti
· Degree in Business Administration or technical engineering study;
· 3-4 years of experience in Project/Process Management, Engineering or Quality;
· Leadership & people performance management;
· Confident self-presentation also on Management level;
· Problem solving and methodological skills;
· Affinity for quality and the idea of quality;
· Assertiveness and persistence;
· Strong analytical skills and structured method of operation;
· Excellent communication skills, teamwork, resilience and as well as high customer orientation;
· Very good knowledge of English language;
