Who are we looking for?
Required:
1.Bachelor's in finance, accounting or equivalent
2.Minimum of 3 years Finance/Accounting Experience
3.Fluency in English

What will you be doing?

In this role you will be responsible for managing the global Fixed Asset Register (FAR) by working closely with Operations, Project Management, and Financial Business Partners to ensure assets are treated correctly, moved to the FAR timely and own the monthly reporting of assets spent as well as project closure.

Partnering with Operations to ensure Fixed Asset Register is updated and processes are followed, you will:

1.Provide leadership and direct hands on support to plants for capital spending and fixed asset management
2.Responsible for updating all the projects/assets including ongoing communication with the appropriate business partners to ensure assets are placed into service in a timely manner, recorded and tagged as such
3.Drive process improvements in reporting and analytics across Services business in development and implementation of future asset reporting enhancements
4.Develop and maintain depreciation schedules
5.Assist in the development of accounting conclusions and solutions for new products and transactions or in response to system limitations
6.Compile monthly reports related to capital spend and projects globally
7.Prepare commentary regarding risks, capital analysis, trends, initiatives and decisions
8.Responsible for internal controls at the plant for operations
9.Complete physical fixed asset inventory at plant locations
10.Assist with other Ad Hoc and special projects as assigned
