Work Location : Ang Mo Kio BHQ Site at 5A Serangoon North Avenue 5 Singapore 554574

 

To managed materials qualify ST supplied to our subcontractors by (i)  ensure materials meet all ST quality specification

(ii) drive supplier for continuous improvement on quality

(iii) conduct quality system audit before supplier qualify for production usage and periodic audit

(iv) support Supplier Performance Evaluation and conduct month quality performance review with suppliers

(v)  coordinate supplier change on consigned materials and changes which impact more than one subcontractors

(vi) to resolve quality related issues with material suppliers

Profile

·  Minimum Bachelor degree in Engineering
·  6 to 10 years working experience in backend semiconductor materials with at least 3 years experience in material supplier quality management
·  Strong knowledge in ISO 9001 and IATF 16949, VDA6.3 Quality Management System
·  Good knowledge in problem solving methodologies - 8D, Why-Why, 5 core tools of IATF 16949
·  Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Able to interact with people of all levels and develop strong collaboration with suppliers and all levels of management
·  Proficient in Microsoft office
·  Frequent work traveling
