 POSTING PRESENTATION:

ST offers a complete portfolio of NFC and RFID tag and reader ICs for a wide variety of NFC-enabled solutions. Currently found in contactless payment, access control and public transport ticketing systems, NFC technology is a convenient, always-on low power short-range wireless link that is driving the growth for convenient pairing, diagnostic readout, data tracking, and parameter setting use cases in Consumer, Industrial, Automotive and Medical applications.
We are growing the RFID/NFC Design Team and you will use your digital design skills to implement, develop and optimize the smallest and the lowest power solution for the RFID market.
In this position, you will contribute to the specification of the digital IP, driving the internal architecture, including the interface to analog and RF circuitry.
You will work with engineers to define the RTL design and simulation, DFT,  synthesis, PnR, timing closure, verification, evaluation and debugging at circuit and behavioral level.
As a design engineers you will work with the Test and Validation Engineers to prepare the test methods, assist in preparation of technical documentation, data sheet and application notes.
This position involves daily communication and collaboration  with analog and digital design engineers to solve problems, present information and participate in work groups.

 

PROFILE REQUIRED:

·     Education Level Required - BAC+5 (INGENIEUR,DESS,DEA...), Years of Work Experience - 4 to 10, Desired Competencies are  - Schematic Generation/Synthesis, Verification Dracula, LVS, DRC, Behavioral Description (VHDL), IC Arch and System/Function, Physics Of Semiconductors, IC Archi and System/Appli, Electronic Measurement, Mos/Cmos/Hcmos Process, Creativity/Innovation, Team Work/Cooperation, Semiconductor Process, Simulation, Physical Measurement, Digital Electronics, IC Test Methodology, Analog Electronics, Radio Frequency, Place & Route, Electricity, Digital Design  Architectures, Digital Strategy Verification, Digital Design, Team Problem Solving Methodo., Digital Design & Simulation.The Other skills required are Experience with RF based products
Experience with RFID and/or NFC standards
Digital Front-End Design: Documentation, RTL coding, DFT, Design Verification
Digital Physical Design: Synthesis, Scan insertion, PnR, reliability analysis, IR drop
