Job description
Within EMEA Field Quality organization, the role interfaces directly with customers and manages quality related topics.
In particular:
· To be responsible for External Customer Complaints management (data entry, samples handling and registration, information completeness, communication with complaint Manager in ST, follow up with customer, Immediate Containment Action) for all Geographic Customers (direct or through distribution).
· To monitor the cycle time of all ECCs and coordinate/expedite Divisions for a timely response, transferring priorities and customer peculiar requests.
· To be the Local coordinator for ECC and support to customer returns processes, assuring the adherence to ST SOPs and providing indications for process improvement at local level (process flow improvement, back-ups etc…)
· To be the interface of any communication with Customers on quality related issues
· To be interface for customer request and requirements related to quality and environmental compliance (i.e. REACH, RoHS, Material declaration etc). verify that such requirements are in line with relevant SOPs
· To be the active interface for customer audits: starting from customer request, audit insertion inside audit tool, active actor during the audit, make a clear, regular and detailed follow up vs ctm.
· To be an active part in Quality meetings as requested by the Field Quality Manager
All these activities are conducted in a professional and timely manner in accordance to ST procedures and customer requirements
