 POSTING PRESENTATION:

·        To manage at the Central Back End Manufacturing & Test organization level the below:
o   To provide and drive deployment of tools to improve accuracy of the capacity analysis, equipment allocation, standard costing system, cycle time measurement, data quality and narrow the gap between standard and actual performance
o   To drive execution of projects related to Industry 4.0 and manufacturing line Automation
o   To translate, provide solutions and implement the requirements from management and internal customers related to process definition, product codification, equipment capacity and equipment allocation simulation
o   To continuously support and benchmark our Back End sister plants and improve the systems, applications and reporting to achieve our targets
o   Work closely with ICT and internal customers or users to develop value added solutions and new releases of tools
o   Provide system and user support, guidelines and drive best practices across the plants

 

PROFILE REQUIRED:

·    ·        Degree in any Engineering field or IT related field with at least 5 years of working experience
·        Knowledge or experience in semiconductor manufacturing process and automation is a plus
·        Knowledge of SQL, MS Access, database management, Qlikview, Java, Visual Basic is a plus
·        Strong quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills
·        Able to lead, motivated, driven and good communication skills
·        Must be a team player with a sense of responsibility and urgency
·   4 - Bachelor degree
·   2-5 years
